I have been using Airport Ace Cab twice a week for a few months now. I am very satisfied with their service. They are consistently on time, have nice cars, respectful drivers, and reasonable rates. Since I've been using their service, I have not had to stress about being on time at the airport, as I did with the other companies. |

I called on short notice, the cab even showed up 10 minutes early; i finished my packing, hopped in and made it right on time for my amtrak train. Driver was very nice and even engaged in small talk for the ride. [I Called at 1:47pm requesting a 2:10 cab, he was here by 2:00, I got in at 2:10, we made it to the train station by 2:20, I got my ticket and got on my 2:30 train, couldn't have worked out better.] |

Aa Airport Ace Cab is the nicest cab in Rochester. They take credit cards!!! Who has cash anymore? And I lost my brand new $500 digital camera. i couldn't believe it when Toby called me up and said he had it! He even brought it to my house because my car was in the shop!! And the cab is so clean. Don't take those skeazy cabs no more! |

I needed to take a cab to a downtown job interview last week. I called Toby because of his 5-star rating. The weather was bad so he was so concerned that he get me there on time that he gave a call he could have taken to another driver! He wanted to get me there 20 mins. early and he did. He talked with me the whole way and calmed me down. He was so nice and personable. And I wish our own cars smelled and looked as clean as his cab! I told him he is now "my cab" driver whenever I or someone I know needs his services. Thank you, Toby! If I get a 2nd interview, I may need you again! Diane |

I had a bad experience with regular taxicabs. 2 times I missed my flight because the driver was late. Now AA AIRPORT ACE Cab. I don't have to worry about being on time at the airport. Because they've been always prompt. |

Hi, I'm 1 of the 4 starts hotel professional. It is imperative that I get timely service for our guests. That's why I rely on Toby and his staff at AA Airport Ace cab comp. From my initial call to him until the guest arrives at their destination, it has always been exceptional. |

Toby, the owner, took great care of us. I was in CA on business, and my girlfriend was in Geneva and had to get to Rochester airport. Her flight was at 6am, but weather was bad. Toby took the time to get there early enough, let her use his phone, and talked all the way to Rochester. He made us feel like family. It is tough to find smaller companies that offer what the big boys do. Use him to get the service and price you need. Thanks! |

I've used Airport Ace Cab Company several times for business trips. The drivers are never late and always friendly. Their cars are extremely clean and comfortable. The last time I used this company, I realized I left my blackberry at home when we arrived at the airport. The driver drove back to my house, and I had my wife leave the phone in our mailbox. The driver made it to my house and back to the airport with my phone in under 25 minutes; he was a life saver. Hands down, this is the best cab/car service in Western, NY!!! |

Toby was very professional at all times. The taxi was very clean and smelled very fresh as I entered. Toby had a great sense of all locations that I had to go to. Other cab drivers in the city could learn a lot by Toby and is attention to detail. I would consider him for all your transportation needs. He is the best driver in Roc that I have seen in awhile. |
